Early in the planning stages of the WSCG radio program studio relocation, C2AE recommended a phased design effort to develop a program prior to a capital campaign. This enterprise thinking was followed by an evaluation of a vacant former church building on campus and its suitability for the program elements and physical condition. After determining the building had sufficient square footage for the program, funding was secured and C2AE went on to develop a design addressing all building and site conditions with a preliminary opinion of cost.

The new WCSG studios includes completely new energy efficient building systems, a new exterior skin for increased thermal insulation, and an overall aesthetic more fitting to the professional environment of one of the five pillars of the University.
