Daverman Hall Renovation

Grand Rapids, Michigan

Cornerstone University’s Daverman Hall is among the oldest buildings on campus. A newly finished renovation updated 8,000 SF of the facility to make way for an in-the-works nursing program.

The fast-track project was awarded and constructed within a matter of 12 months. Once in use, the nursing school will allow students to gain valuable experience with simulated patient interactions using high-fidelity mannequins in an Adult, Birthing, and Instructional Lab environment. The university is also considering an expansion of the project scope, which would add improvements to the remaining 9,000 SF of the building.
