Serving 7,700 residents and a proposed ski resort, the Village of Tupper Lake needed to increase the capacity of its existing collection system and wastewater treatment plant. C2AE helped the community capture funding for major improvements to modernize the systems and increase efficiency. Later on, C2AE provided engineering and construction services to implement the work.
