C2AE provided civil engineering services for the implementation of sewer and water capital improvements projects funded by USDA-RD. Water distribution system improvements will increase transmission capacity, replace distribution mains, loop dead ends, and add a 150,000-gallon elevated storage tank as well as a standby generator for well #1. Sanitary sewer and manholes will be rehabilitated or replaced. The wastewater treatment facility and sanitary pump stations also underwent improvements.
