C2AE has refreshed its brand!

Beginning in 2021, C2AE took a close look at what sets us apart for the communities, businesses, and educators we serve, and we realized something: our message should be simple.

C2AE takes a highly personalized, forward-thinking approach to client service. We plan, design, and deliver a promising future, always in service of passion for our craft.

That’s what we want our brand to show: our legacy, our unique approach, and our passion. And now we have the language, colors, and logo to tell our story better.

About the Brand

This refresh follows a thorough audit of C2AE’s brand, which included interviews with several clients and a staff survey. An internal steering committee then worked with an outside branding consultant to transform themes from the audit into the updated brand.

“Like C2AE, the new logo is creative, dependable, and rooted in outstanding design,” says Sandra March, Associate AIA, a member of C2AE’s brand steering committee.

Blue and green have been a part of C2AE’s brand for years. By keeping these colors in the logo, we are communicating our legacy. In contrast, the gradient conveys forward movement, relating to our tagline,
“Create Ahead.”

“Our intention is to stay true to who we are with these updates,” adds Paul Rozeboom, PE, an executive leader of C2AE and another member of the brand steering committee. “We want to show our clients that it’s possible to evolve without changing our identity. In fact, we help our clients do this every day.”
