Master Plan & Expansion

C2AE developed Bekum America Corporation's master plan for an expansion to an existing industrial plant. The team was later retained to complete the design and implementation of the project.

This 46,000 SF expansion has allowed the Bekum team to grow by 20 staff members. The bulk of the addition is dedicated to manufacturing operations, complete with a final assembly and factory acceptance testing space. The office portion of the addition features conference rooms, restrooms, a staff break room, and a mezzanine with additional offices. A new drive runs around the north side of the building to the expanded parking lot, which connects to two refurbished truck docks that have been placed back into service.
