Parmenter Road Reconstruction
Corunna, Michigan
This project involved the reconstruction of Parmenter Road, transforming it into an all-season route designed to support the needs of the local industrial park. The 0.42-mile stretch south of McNeil Street to M-71 was upgraded with hot mix asphalt (HMA), an aggregate base, subbase with underdrain, and widened 9-foot shoulders. Coordination with the railroad was essential to the project’s success.
