Delta Patrol Public Safety Facility

Built in 1982, Delta Charter Township’s existing Patrol Public Safety facility was too cramped and fragmented for efficient operations. In 2019, C2AE was hired to evaluate multiple township properties, including the existing facility, with the goal of developing a comprehensive Capital Improvement Plan for a larger, modern public safety facility. After assessing several properties, C2AE ultimately recommended constructing a new facility on the existing site.

C2AE was retained to design the new space with user safety and well-being in mind, working closely with the sheriff’s office staff. Now complete, the new and improved office includes a larger conference and training room with flexible furniture to enable community meetings and other events.
