US Headquarters HVAC Renovation

Magna International Inc. is a global automotive supplier with hundreds of manufacturing operations dedicated to producing everything from powertrains to entire vehicles. This project involved a total replacement of the heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC) system at their US Headquarters in Troy, Michigan. The seven-story building at 750 Tower Drive is 235,000 SF, with the previous HVAC system dating back to the facility’s construction in 1986. This project will bring an entirely new air distribution system with new variable air volume (VAV) boxes, new boilers and chillers, and hydronic piping throughout the space. C2AE is also providing commissioning services.
