Formerly a solar panel factory, this newly transformed building now includes a 36,000 SF assembly addition complete with a casting press. Foundation improvements were key in preparing for heavy new machinery. The project team also completed the construction of an access road to the building—a project the previous owners had started but abandoned due to retaining wall challenges. This new road is equipped with snowmelt to eliminate plowing needs, an important consideration for the plant's shipping operations.
