Spartan One-Stop Renovation

Michigan State University contracted C2AE to redesign the southwest portion of the Hannah Administrative Building’s first floor. 

MSU’s vision for this space was an all-in-one resource center for students to receive streamlined access to student accounts, financial aid, and the registrar. Spartan One-Stop now answers 85% of all enrollment and/or billing account questions in a convenient manner.  This new space reduces the administrative barriers students face by offering many useful resources in one, centralized location.

The renovation was modeled after the Michigan State University Federal Credit Union customer experience centers. The design improves the accessibility of the existing space, which formerly featured doorways that were too narrow to meet ADA requirements.
