Jim Minster, PE, is a leader of C2AE’s water/wastewater engineering discipline. His 30+ year engineer career spans numerous sanitary sewer, water, and storm water projects as well as highways and land development projects. He has supported dozens of communities throughout the Great Lakes Region to plan, fund, and implement effective, efficient infrastructure systems.
