Greg manages C2AE’s construction services staff. In his 20+ year career, Greg has performed contract administration, construction material testing, site observation, and inspection. Prior to joining C2AE, Greg was the Assistant City Engineer of the City of Saginaw and the DPW Director of the City of Burton.
