We’re changing our Gaylord address!
C2AE has been a part of the downtown Gaylord community for many years. This March, C2AE is excited to begin a new chapter in a different office. The space is located at 814 South Otsego Avenue Suite B Gaylord, MI 49735.
“Main Street has been our home for decades,” explains Erik Cronk, PLA, a project manager in C2AE’s Gaylord office. “We’ve been a part of the area’s growth and resurgence through several projects, including the reconstruction of M-32 in 2016, the Otsego County trailhead, and Claude Shannon Park. So, when we found out that part of our building would be converted into apartments, we took the opportunity to assess whether Main Street was still the right place for us. That’s when the south side caught our attention.”
The City of Gaylord has made a marked effort to reactivate the community’s south side in recent years. C2AE is currently supporting the reconstruction of a section of South Otsego Avenue near the new office. The company is also currently working on improving accessibility at Aspen Park, just across the street from the new office.
C2AE is thrilled to help breathe new life into the city’s south side not only through our craft but also through our active presence.
