With three decades of engineering experience, Bill is the design supervisor of C2AE’s Escanaba office. He has a background in wastewater treatment plant operation and has worked with plants all over northern Michigan. Prior to joining C2AE, Bill served as City Engineer and Director of Public Works for the City of Escanaba.
