General Aviation Terminal Building

C2AE was hired by Otsego County to provide engineering and construction administration services for the new 5,198 s.f., 1 1/2 story airport terminal building.

C2AE complemented the architectural design of the new facility with structural design of wood roof trusses, wooden framing, concrete slab-on-grade and foundation design. HVAC, plumbing, power, lighting and data communications design were designed for the terminal lobby, individual offices and accessory spaces.

Additional site improvements included demolition, earthwork, concrete and asphalt surfaces for a new 85-car parking lot, facility sidewalks, and a wastewater system for disposal.
