Bill assumed the Chairman, President and Chief Executive Officer role for C2AE in early 2010, where he oversees and coordinates the firm’s business, strategic and technical activities to ensure that C2AE provides quality services to our valued clients. Bill is a Principal of the firm and is an active board member and supporter of various community groups surrounding the Greater Lansing area.

With the firm for over 20 years, Kimble has performed several roles, most recently as the President and Chief Operating Officer, where he was responsible for the firm’s project staffing, operating standards, and staff training & development, while also serving as the Director of the Civil/ Transportation team. Bill specializes in complex sewer system evaluations, design and construction as well as wastewater treatment facility studies and design.

Bill is a registered Professional Engineer in the states of Michigan, North Carolina, South Carolina and Tennessee. He received his Bachelor of Arts in Physics from Kalamazoo College and his Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from Wayne State University.

Paul serves as the Chief Financial Officer and is responsible for the management of the financial aspects of the firm including accounting records, corporate budgeting, corporate funds, financial planning, and overseeing the accounting department. Rozeboom is a Principal of the firm and is Treasurer of the Board of Directors.

Paul has been practicing electrical engineering since 1993; he is a registered Professional Engineer in Michigan, and a LEED Accredited Professional. He currently serves on the Board of the David D. Hunting YMCA and on the Calvin College Engineering Department Advisory Council.

Paul received his Bachelor of Science in Engineering, Electrical Concentration from Calvin College in Grand Rapids, and his Masters of Science in Engineering Management from Western Michigan University.

Andy serves as Business Unit Leader and oversees multiple teams that perform municipal infrastructure and transportation projects, including construction administration and observation services.

Andy has more than 15 years experience in management, engineering and business development, as well as extensive experience in project budgeting and resource scheduling. He takes an active role in several industry organizations, including the Engineering Society of Detroit, the International Council of Shopping Centers, and the Sociey of American Military Engineers.

Andy is a registered Professional Engineer in the States of Michigan, Arizona, Utah, Texas, New Mexico, North Carolina, and Ohio. He earned dual bachelor of science degrees in Mathematics from Kentucky State University and civil engineering from Michigan State University.

Rusti serves as Business Unit Leader and oversees various teams that perform healthcare, education, military, industrial and cultural projects. Rusti has 26 years of experience, in the Architecture and Engineering design fields and takes an active role on Landscaping projects in addition to performing QA/QC for numerous multi-disciplinary engineering and architectural projects.

Rusti's experience includes commercial, residential and transportation master planning and design, circulation and site evaluation studies, streetscape design, site development and recreational facilities development. Rusti is a shareholder of the firm.

Rusti is a Registered Landscape Architect in the states of Michigan, Nevada, Indiana, and Ohio. He received both his BS in Environmental Design and BLA in Landscape Architecture from Ball State University.

Dennis has over 29 years of design and programming experience, with a passion for Education design. Throughout his tenure at C2AE, he has performed a variety of roles. Dennis is a Principal of the firm and a Board Member.

He assists our clients in developing feasible project programs, creating functional conceptual solutions for project challenges, leading the schematic designs and monitoring later phases for adherence to design intent. His design knowledge and experience ensures best practices are implemented for our client’s projects.

Dennis is a Registered Architect in the states of Michigan and Maryland, and is a LEED Accredited Professional. He received his Bachelors and Masters of Architecture with a concentration in Conservation/ Preservation from the University of Michigan.

Kevin has over 25 years of experience in all areas of site and civil engineering; he currently serves as the Business Development Manager for the municipal and infrastructure business unit. During his tenure with the firm he has served as Project Manager for a variety of clients. Kevin is a Principal of the firm and serves as the Secretary of the Board of Directors.

Kevin’s in-depth understanding of the firm’s culture, values and capabilities position him well to be an effective business developer and more importantly a relationship builder. Kevin and our other Business Development Managers play a key role in the continued growth of the firm.

Feuka is a registered Professional Engineer in the states of Michigan, Maine, Nevada and Arizona. He graduated from The Catholic University of America, with a Bachelor’s in Civil Engineering and a BS in Architecture.

Larry has over 30 years of experience in the engineering industry. Currently, he is the Director of the Northern Municipal Infrastructure team and office manager of the Gaylord office. He is responsible for project and personnel management, technical quality control, design, construction coordination and client relations. Fox is a Principal of the firm and serves as the Vice President of the Board.

Larry has provided design and project management for Northern Michigan municipal clients for a variety of projects, including road improvements, Michigan Department of Transportation (MDOT) design and documentation procedures, wastewater systems studies and design, treatment plant evaluations, construction inspection services, and construction administration.

Larry is registered Professional Engineer in Michigan. He received his BSCE from Michigan Technological University.

Matt has 34 years of experience in the engineering industry. His experience includes the design and construction administration of medium and low voltage electrical distribution systems; indoor and outdoor lighting; process control systems; fire alarm systems; emergency power systems; communication systems and security systems for both new and renovated facilities. Matt is a Principal of the firm and a Board Member.

Matt is a registered Professional Engineer in the states of Michigan, Arizona, Indiana, Kentucky, Nevada, Ohio, Tennessee and Wisconsin. He received his MBA from Eastern Michigan University, and his BSE (Electrical Engineering) from the University of Michigan.

Dennis has over 30 years of architectural design experience working on over 60 facilities and has implemented several award-winning designs throughout his career. Dennis is a Principal of the firm and is an advisor to the Board of Directors.

Dennis’ specialties include library and church renovations, additions and new facilities across the Midwest. His focus includes planning and programming, architectural design, master planning and cost estimating.

Dennis received his Bachelors and Masters of Architecture with a concentration in Conservation/ Preservation from the University of Michigan, and is a Registered Architect in Michigan.
