LANSING—March 29, 2012—C2AE, a full-service architectural, engineering and planning design firm, today announced the recent addition of Andy André, PE to its leadership team in the role of business unit leader. The announcement was made by C2AE’s Chairman and CEO, Bill Kimble.
In his role as business unit leader, André will be responsible for the oversight of C2AE’s southern municipal, northern municipal and transportation teams, focusing on business development and growth, as well as management of the unit’s operational issues.
André brings more than 15 years of experience in management, engineering and business development, as well as extensive expertise in project budgeting and resource scheduling, to his role at C2AE. Most recently, André served as vice president of development at Wilcox Associates, where he served as a member of the senior leadership team responsible for business development and planning, capital investments and operations.
He has led several large scale projects that included land surveying, site/civil engineering, traffic engineering and construction administration. Some of André’s most recent work includes casino and gaming, federal infrastructure, automotive dealership and energy improvement projects for private development, industrial and government clients.

André has dual bachelor of science degrees in mathematics from Kentucky State University and civil engineering from Michigan State University. He is a registered professional engineer in the states of Michigan, Arizona, Utah, Texas, New Mexico, North Carolina, and Ohio.
André is a member of the Engineering Society of Detroit, International Council of Shopping Centers, and Society of American Military Engineers.
