C2AE Architecture & Engineering Firm Notes 1-Year Anniversary of Chairman and CEO Transition

LANSING, MI—March 7, 2011—C2AE announces the 1-year anniversary transition of its Chairman and CEO role to Bill Kimble, PE, which became effective on March 1, 2010.

Kimble has been with the firm for over 20 years, starting in December 1990 shortly after graduating from Wayne State University with a Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering with a concentration in Water/Wastewater Engineering. Kimble also completed the Engineering 3-2 program at Kalamazoo College in 1988, where he received a Bachelor of Arts degree in Physics.

Since the transition, Bill stays involved with key clients and projects, and remains an active supporter of several Greater Lansing region community organizations, including the Lansing Regional Chamber of Commerce, where earlier this year he was elected to the 2011 Board of Directors.

Other Lansing-area groups where Bill is active with include the Capital Area Michigan Works! Workforce Development Board, as well as the Small Business Association of Michigan (SBAM), where he serves on its Legislative Committee. Most recently, Bill became a Cornerstone Member of the Lansing Economic Area Partnership (Leap).
