C2AE Promotes John A. Harvey, PE, LEED® AP to Business Unit Leader
LANSING, MI—February 21, 2011—C2AE recently announced the promotion of John A. Harvey, PE, LEED® AP to Business Unit Leader.
As Business Unit Leader, John oversees the operation and business development of multiple teams that perform planning, design, and construction services for infrastructure, transportation, and water/wastewater projects.
“John has been a valuable asset to C2AE already in the short time he has been with the firm. His expertise and enthusiasm complements our team as the firm continues to grow”, said C2AE President & CEO, Bill Kimble.
Harvey joined C2AE in May 2010 with more than 20 years of experience in the field of civil engineering, highway design and construction, and land development. His career emphasis has been in large transportation and commercial site development projects. Prior to joining C2AE, John was Vice President and Office Manager of a civil engineering, land surveying, and landscape architecture firm in Southeastern Michigan.
John takes an active role in several industry organizations, such as the American Society of Civil Engineers (ASCE) and the American Council of Engineering Companies (ACEC). He also currently serves as the 2011 Chairman of the Board for the Howell Chamber of Commerce.
John is a registered Professional Engineer in the States of Michigan, Florida, Illinois, Kansas, Missouri, Nevada, New York, Ohio, Pennsylvania, Tennessee, Texas and Wisconsin. He received his Bachelors and Masters of Civil Engineering from Michigan Technological University.
