Excellent opportunity for licensed professional engineer who enjoys challenging projects and opportunity for advancement within a growing firm. We're looking for an individual with 5 - 8 or more experience working on MDOT projects specifically. This individual will lead our MDOT construction team and be responsible for mentoring, coaching, developing the MDOT team. Requires solid knowledge of MDOT specifications, construction methods and programs. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are required. Will be responsible for QA/QC of project team work, including proposal preparation specific to MDOT requirements and format.
