Professional, self-motivated, result driven individual to run civil/landscape architectural projects. Provides daily oversight of team members, secures additional work for the firm's existing clients; ensures delivery of all project deliverables produced by the design team on time, within budget and meets the client's satisfaction; coordinates with COO and other Project Managers/Directors to balance firm work loads; develops proposals and qualification packages, as assigned, and adheres to the firm's procedures. Must have strong management skills, strong oral, written and graphic communication skills, ability to solve problems and have a positive attitude.
° Civil Engineer or Registered Landscape Architect - Working knowledge of civil engineering and landscape architectural process relative to site planning and design. P.E. or RLA required. LEED® accreditation preferred.
