Construction Administrator (Buildings)

We are looking for passionate problem solvers who are eager to collaborate on projects to improve the built environment and the world we live in.

As a Construction Administrator you will be working on multi-discipline project teams, collaborating to bring a project from the beginning of construction to completion. You will be responsible for administration of the construction contract, field observation and coordination of the project team to respond to construction submittals, questions, and issues.

Requirements:

  • Master's Degree in Architecture or Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or Construction Management preferred
  • 6-8 years of related previous experience with buildings, with 2+ years of construction experience
  • Registered Architect (R.A.) or Professional Engineer (P.E.) license preferred
  • Experience using Revit preferred

Location: We are looking to fill one position in either our Lansing, MI, Grand Rapids, MI, or Kalamazoo, MI office, dependent upon candidate's geographic location.
