Full-time position.  Professional will be responsible for budgeting and project cost control and writing proposals for MDOT design surveys.  Must be able to coordinate and supervise field work, write survey reports, network adjustment reports, perform network adjustments and have the ability to compile a highly graded MDOT design survey portfolio.  Working knowledge of Caice software, Star*Net adjustment software preferred. Knowledge of Lieca GPS equipment, Lieca GEO office, GeoPak, and Microstation are a plus. Must be a licensed Professional Surveyor, have valid Michigan driver's license and appropriate automobile insurance, as well as pass background check. Requires lifting of up to 50 lbs., ability to maneuver construction/field work site with rough terrain, some travel and ability to stand for long periods of time.
