Glanbia Industrial Park Road Improvements

St. Johns, Michigan

Slated to open in late 2020, Glanbia Nutritional’s new cheese and whey production plant is the latest—and largest—addition to the City of St. Johns’ industrial park. The $555 million operation is expected to attract hundreds of new jobs to mid-Michigan and produce around 300 million pounds of cheese annually.

To support this facility, expected to become the largest food-processing plant in Michigan, C2AE provided rehabilitation and reconstruction work to the streets within this industrial park including Technical, Tolles, and Walker. This project also included water main and sanitary sewer improvements.
