Schoolcraft Building Expansion

The new laboratory space at J. Rettenmaier’s Schoolcraft building functions as a test kitchen to show new or refined uses of products to existing and potential clients. There is a meat kitchen, baking kitchen, and a third kitchen for dual use. A glass window to the adjoining corridor allows clients to view the space without special gowning. This central corridor is a focal point in the building designed to exude warmth and invitation. The expansion/renovation also includes offices, conference rooms, a parking lot expansion, site work and a basement storage area.
